• Zenchef – booking system for tables of up to 20 people.
• MiceOperations – enquiries for groups and events of 20 people or more.
• Google – Tag Manager & Analytics, only with your consent.
• Vercel & Sanity – hosting and content management.

We have data processing agreements or comparable safeguards in place with all of these parties.

We always place functional cookies. We only place analytics and marketing cookies after you give consent via the cookie banner. We use Google Consent Mode v2.

We do not keep personal data for longer than necessary. Booking details are deleted within 12 months of your visit; financial records are kept for 7 years in line with the statutory tax retention period.

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of and objection to processing, and the right to data portability. Send a request to info@en-public.nl. We respond within four weeks.
